Cutting costs during tough times is completely understandable but ensure the brand’s digital marketing and social media strategy is intact.
Invest in proper content creation with suitable story-telling and clear messaging to keep customer interaction and engagement. Ensure online content is never a knee-jerk reaction to current news and situation… always think before you react.
