Her very first spa venture, established in 2002, went on to win a Best Small Day Spa recognition within just two and a half years of operation. She then proceeded to build what became the award-winning spa brand Sense of Touch: a beauty and wellness empire comprising several locations in Hong Kong as well as its own line of skincare products developed under Osaka-based Sense of Touch Laboratories. Her leadership earned the company numerous accolades spanning multiple categories and widespread international acclaim.


Anna subsequently featured in a series of publications and television outlets throughout Asia and Europe as an industry authority. An innovator and visionary, she now takes her expertise in developing brands and growing businesses to help premium clientele across industry sectors achieve greater success.
